Posterscope Donates Billboard Space For Read To A Child campaign
Read to a Child is a nonprofit organization that creates better opportunities for children and strengthens society as a whole by inspiring adults to read to them. Research proves that regularly reading aloud to a child significantly impacts his or her literacy skills, and thus, his or her likelihood for success.
Read to a Child started the Spark Something Meaningful campaign looking to raise $100,000 during the month of March to provide 6,000 individualized reading sessions for undeserved children across the country.
Clear Channel donated a total of 22 units in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and Boston. Outfront Media also donated 3 units in Miami and New York for the initiative. Formats included billboards and bus shelters.
The donation of the OOH billboard space helped the Spark Something Meaningful campaign exceed its goal. Read to a Child could not have been happier with the results, they believe the OOH helped provide the lift needed to reach their goal.
